Every new job undertaken undergoes a pilot testing, which enables benchmarking various parameters – friction, brake delay, upset delay, upset, pressure, etc. This pilot job is then put through rigorous relevant testing, esp. to validate its repeatability and sustainability at the conditions it is going to work.

Our in-house quality assurance and testing lab with test engineers act as the devil’s advocate:

1) trying to break all assumptions,
2) putting our attitude of excellence to acid test,
3) establishing credible qualification of the component quality, and helping us set newer & higher quality benchmarks
